
At One On One we want you to get to know our coaches a little better. We have sat down with them and asked them a series of questions and also some tips that will help you with your game.
We interviewed Ash McGrath. Ash played 214 AFL game with Brisbane Lions. He kicked 170 goals over a 14 year career and was very versatile playing both as a small defender and forward. Ash was a very skilful player and his coaching is based around the fundamentals of the game with a big focus on kicking skills.
