MINDFULNESS MOVEMENT TRAINING
This program is designed by expert Mindfulness and Movement coach Indianna Franke. Indianna is a qualified Sports Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. She works with current AFL players in this field and teaches them the importance of flexibility, mindfulness and breathing. You will hear Indianna’s voice throughout each video where she will instruct you through the whole process. The Program is split into two key areas - upper and lower body. It focuses on breath, movement and flexibility. These movements assist in decreasing stress & anxiety, flexibility, core strength, injury prevention and recovery.
